It’s the news we have been looking forward for an age! Pretty much all the pubs, bar a small number, in the South Oxfordshire Branch area have now reopened, both indoors and outdoors, as from the 17th May. The local CAMRA Branch has been in contact with all these pubs and we have updated our Directory listing to show a comprehensive summary of their re-opening details. This includes opening days and times, any requirements for pre-booking of tables, or whether walk-ins are allowed, etc.

Some 40 or so pubs are also continuing to offer takeaway, and in some cases delivery, food and drinks services and these are also highlighted. Links and contact details are provided for each pub to find out further information on beer and food menus, how to book tables etc.

Although it is fantastic news that nearly all the pubs in South Oxfordshire have reopened, they have not come through the pandemic unscathed. When you are able to, please do get back to visiting your pub – they really do need your support and custom as they start to re-build their businesses.
