The Red Lion is a traditional half-timbered thatched inn dating from the 16C situated in a quiet village a short distance from the A4130 between Didcot and Wallingford. The comfortable bar features wood beams and exposed brick inglenook fireplace with log burner, and leads to the restaurant area off to one side. The beers are usually from local breweries and a good-quality seasonal menu is served, with gourmet specials at weekends. Branch POTY 2009 and 2012.
